I got this last fall. I've had horses my whole life and plan on having them for the rest of it. I also plan on getting another tattoo very soon, but I'm still working out what it's going to be.

Yes I'm dealing with the ointment allergy. After using it for 24 hrs the area of my forearm where I applied it turned bright red and swoll up really bad so I stopped using it. And went to using Lubriderm advanced therapy its working real well.

mine do well also.  i make sure my numbers are in line before i get it and that i keep them in line as it heals.  other than that i just wash normally with soap and water and apply ointment.  the only thing i really struggle with is the occasional allergy to ointment.  i cannot use a&d or most of the tattoo products.  i stick with aquaphor from eucerin.

Just got it done last night it was 2 months in the waiting but it turned out great hardly no bleeding even taking blood thinners.
